“Do I not destroy my enemies when I make them my friends?”
“Your enemy” doesn’t just mean the enemy of your state, of course. I am
not talking about terrorists (kidding)! I am talking
about people you really dislike, in any way. Maybe someone who has called you or gave you bad names or disrespected you in some way, causing you anger. maybe you hold a grudge against them.
And what does it mean to love these people? Obviously i m not talking about romantic love :), its non romantic love . like-
love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn the other also.
In today's world this message is the most difficult and overlooked.

specially today we generally use our comfort zone like-
- tolerate your enemy
- curse your enemy
- pray that your enemy will get what’s coming
- ignore your enemy.
but a good challenge for us is to remember and realize our response to our enemy should be one of Proactive love. so love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great.
Today i want to tell you another inspiring story about "love your enemies". once upon a time there was an English commando killed a German soldier in war in France. he wrote a letter to the dead soldier's mother, as a soldier only. he wrote, it was his duty to killed her son. and he earnestly ask her forgiveness on that letter. he also wrote that after the war is over, he want opportunity to meet her personally .
The dead boy mother received his note several month letter and replied to the English soldier- " I find it in my heart to forgive you, even though you had killed my son ; if we are living after the war is over , i hope you will come to Germany to visit me....
that you may teke the place of my son in my home, also in my heart "
"The implication of this story is that forgiveness brings peace of mind, improves your relationship and develop sanity."
so finally i would like to say that “Love your enemies”. That’s a powerful message, and it turns out, one of the greatest challenges in life.
